It doesn’t take a lot of courage to lead an army against another with only half as many men and it doesn’t take an ounce of fortitude to fight an adversary half your size. But having double the force didn’t work out for the Roman army when they came up against Hannibal near Cannae. And picking a fight with a little guy didn’t work out so well for Goliath.
Don’t get me wrong. Having additional resources is an advantage, but never as great an advantage as creative tactics. Having a bigger base of brute force can be helpful, but never as helpful as using your intellect to change the terms of the engagement.

Never lose sight of your most important weapon. Your mind. When the SHTF and the odds are against you, remember Hannibal and David.
